Come to the Evening Track and Fitness Program!
By popular request, we have added a 6 session evening track & fitness program starting Monday June 30, 2014. 6:30-7:30pm. For athletes age 3-14. All skill levels welcome. Age appropriate equipment and skill stations. 5 training nights and entry into one of the World Athlete Summer Track Meets (July 9, July 16, July 23 or July 30). Sprints, jumps, hurdles and high jump. Trail runs and obstacles courses, too!
