World Athlete® Track and Field is based in Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey. Since 2004, our programs have attracted thousands of athletes. We are recruiting students majoring in Sports/Recreation Management, Hospitality and Tourism, Business, Marketing, Finance and Physical Education. Graduate students are encouraged to apply. We have programs starting all year round. You’ll take ownership of key projects.

Youth Track Coaches - For elementary school children afterschool programs. 4-5 hours/week with competitive pay. 5 week opportunity that could lead to additional coaching opportunities. Paid training and orientation. Must have personal/private coaching training, physical education or youth sports coaching experience. Background checks and reliable transportation required. Must be available 2:30-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Head Coach and Assistant Coach- for World Athlete® Winter Track Travel Club Team. Includes training and weekend competitions for athletes in 7th-12th grade. Previous track and field coaching experience preferred. Season goes from end of November to mid February.
Assistant Track Coaches for World Athlete® Indoor Track Academy, afterschool programs and Spring Track travel team. Previous track and field coaching experience preferred but not required. Former track and field athletes interested in a coaching opportunity are also welcome to apply.
Applicants must be able to pass all background checks and digital social media analyses conducted by our outside contractors.
