2024 WORLD ATHLETE® FALL TRACK &
CROSS COUNTRY/DISTANCE RUNNING PROGRAMS
5 week session  2 practices each week 
All skill levels are welcome. 
Track program for ages 5-14.
Cross Country program for ages 9-14.
Age appropriate training.

1.25 mile run Cross Country Race (ages 9-14)
