By popular request, we have added several 6 session evening track & fitness programs starting Monday June 30, 2014. 6:30-7:30pm. For athletes age 3-14. All skill levels welcome. Age appropriate equipment and skill stations. 6 training nights. Sprints, jumps, hurdles and high jump. Trail runs and obstacles courses, too!
