This meet provides a great opportunity to qualify for your athletes
for the Penn Relays & the outdoor nationals
Distance Races: 1500M & 5000M
4x100 4x200 4x400 4x800 Sprint Medley Distance Medley
NEW! Individual Competition in these events:
110H, 400H, Shot, Discus, Javelin, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault
NEW! Subvarsity/JV Relays
4x200, Sprint Medley and 4x800
In all track events, competition is by seed time, not school division.
Awards will still be given out by division (Large School and Small School). Top 3 in each division get a medal. Top 3 in the combined subvarsity events will also get medals.
Team entry fee: $400
Individual athlete entry fee: $15/athlete (for teams with very few entries)
i.e. 3 entries in 5000 = $45; 1 4x800 relay = $60
